Matt is a Project Manager at Onshore with nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in the field. 

 His journey in construction started in his family’s business, where he helped build luxury custom homes throughout South Florida. From an early age, he developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the importance of getting the details right.

 Before joining the team at Onshore, Matt spent years working closely with interior designers, custom home builders, and clients, bringing high-end homes to life.

 Matt takes pride in his work and is dedicated to making sure every home he touches meets the highest standards. His passion and commitment have played a key role in creating some of the most beautiful homes in Palm Beach County.
