Holding an MBA and being SHRM-CP certified, she leverages her academic foundation and industry expertise to drive organizational success, streamline processes, and foster positive people-centered workplace cultures.

Outside of work, Jenel enjoys spending quality time with her family. Whether she's reading a great book, exploring the magic of Disney, or traveling to new destinations, she values creating lasting memories with her family.
