Cary Zamilski

Project Manager

Cary Zamilski was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, and began his construction career at the age of 19. After five years in residential construction, he transitioned to commercial projects, where he has spent the past two decades managing complex builds and delivering exceptional results.

Cary earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University and joined Benchmark in Lancaster, PA at age 24. Starting as a carpenter, he advanced through roles as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and ultimately Preconstruction Executive for Benchmark’s Senior Living Department.

Three years ago, Cary moved to sunny Florida as part of Benchmark’s joint venture with Onshore at the Keele Center. Over his career, he has successfully managed projects of all sizes—including major developments valued between $30 million and $50 million.

Cary brings deep expertise, a hands-on approach, and a passion for creating spaces that make a lasting impact.
