Onshore Construction and Development, Inc. performs much of its work in one of the most rigorous construction environments - waterfront property. However, by building only about a half-dozen homes each year, and maintaining a small office staff, Dan Reedy, founder and president of Onshore, is able to personally oversee almost every aspect of every home's construction, from inspecting the work of his elite subcontractors to maintaining constant contact with clients until the job reaches a mutually satisfying conclusion.
