Dan Reedy, President of Onshore Construction and Development, graduated from Bradley University in Peoria Illinois with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Engineering in 1982.  Dan created Onshore Construction in 1993 after working in the South Florida Residential Luxury Home market and completing the Chuck Curcio Estate on Jupiter Island as project manager.  Onshore Construction, in the past, has had a very strong presence in the Palm Beach Island Market, completing dozens of multi-million dollar projects. 
 
Recently Onshore Construction has focused on the strong Northern Palm Beach Market and Jupiter Island.  Some ongoing projects include a 10,000 square foot and an 18,500 square foot custom home in The Bears Club, as well as a 14,000 square foot custom home for The Collier Family of Naples on Jupiter Island.  Our past performance has made Onshore the builder of choice of the PGA tour in the northern Palm Beaches including completed projects for Nick Price (Jupiter Island), Jesper Parnevik (Indian Hills), Greg Norman (Jupiter Island), Frederick Jacobson (The Medalist), and Per Ulrich

   
Don Malone, Chief Operations Officer of Onshore Construction, has over 35 years of luxury home building experience in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Don holds a Masters Degree in Construction Management, a Florida General Contractor’s License as well as Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management International.

After more than 10 years as General Manager with Simmons Building Corporation, building many custom, luxury homes such as The Ryan Residence in Manalapan, The Toscano Residence in Loxahatchee Club and The Cline Residence in Seminole Landing, Don joined Onshore Construction in late 2005, assuming the COO position.

   

Byran Kitchiner has over 10 years experience in both commercial and residential construction. Bryan holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa. Prior to joining Onshore Construction, Byran worked as Director of Purchasing for Ceterline Homes, a large home builder based in Coral Springs, Florida. Here he oversaw the complete construction of more than nineteen estate size custom homes in South Florida.

Previously Byran worked for Miller Estate Homes in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Here he was able to gain high-end estate home experience on some of the largest Intracoastal and beachfront homes in that region. These included the Hochberg Residence, The Huizenga Residence, The Sturgeon Residence, the Johnson Residence, and a prestigious historic renovation project for Halmos Holding, Inc. that gained extensive media interest.

   

Joanne Boyle has been with Onshore Construction for more than 10 years as its Office Manager and Bookkeeper.  Prior to Onshore, Joanne acquired 17 years experience working in a wide array of construction positions including Customer Service Liaison, Field Supervisor and Closer.  Beginning with moderately priced homes in Jupiter Village, Joanne advanced her career into the Luxury Home market, working on several waterfront projects.  Joanne held a position on the Architectural Review Board of Admiral's Cove for 9 years.

Joanne is currently completing her academic requirement for a Master's Degree in American History at Florida Atlantic University.
